The THC content of our HHC products does not exceed the legal guideline value of 0.2% and is therefore not prohibited by the Narcotics Act. Since hexahydrocannabinol is not chemically labeled as THC and is neither listed by name nor represents a stereochemical variant of a banned substance, it is also exempt from the ban of the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG). Hemp products that meet these requirements are therefore legal. What will happen in the future regarding the legal situation is unclear.
Since we take the youth protection law seriously and also comply with it, our products can only be purchased from the age of 18. Your age will be checked during the ordering process (internally) and when the package is handed over using your identity card (by DHL).
